  • Prague

Term: Summer
Dates: July

Description: Long hidden behind the Iron Curtain, Prague, with its collection of Gothic, Baroque and Renaissance architecture, is one of the most beautiful cities in Europe. The city has become the place for aspiring young American writers and artists to gather. In the streets, jazz musicians improvise in the open air. You can find cafes in art-nouveau settings and clubs that stay open until dawn. Students interested in international politics, history or culture will find Prague a stimulating place in which to live and study. At Charles University AIFS students take courses in English in art history, film studies, history, and political science, as well as Czech language.

The program fees include the basics and the extras: tuition, housing in a residence hall, a meal allowance, round trip flight if selected, cultural activities, an on-site Resident Director, and excursions.
