Description:
This seven-week program combines course work with guest lectures; visits to museums, mosques, and special exhibits; community partnership projects; and study tours to Granada and Istanbul, historic sites of exquisite Islamic architecture. In London, students enroll in three sequential 2-credit, two-week courses and engage Muslim communities through structured projects for an additional credit. The 2-credit field study course to Granada and Istanbul completes the 9-credit multidisciplinary program.
